If you have a garden room built, you can have that cinema room that you’ve always wanted. As a bonus, as you won’t be sharing any walls with your neighbours, you won’t have to worry about noise either.
Children’s playroom: This is another case where having one extra room can make all the difference. If you’re tired of having toys scattered around the house, you’ll want to give your kids one place where they can play with them all. If you don’t have a spare room available, you can add in a garden room and make the space that you need. That way, the kids have somewhere to play, and you can relax in your home without the clutter.

All About Orsett
Orsett is a village, a former civil parish, and an ecclesiastical parish in Essex, England. It is about 5 km north-east of Grays and is in the Thurrock unitary district. In 1931, there were 1771 people living in the parish.
In the past, it was mostly an agricultural town on the southern edge of an old ice age flood plain that the river Mardyke crossed.
School Lane has been the village’s primary school since the middle of the 19th century. Up until 1944, children as old as 14 could go there, but after that, they had to be at least 11 years old.
Orsett Heath, which is in the southern part of the parish, used to be a part of a large area of heathland that also included Terrel’s Heath.
On April 1, 1936, the parish was dissolved, and Thurrock was made out of it.
